Intertrust Continues US Expansion

Intertrust, the Netherlands-listed provider of administrative services to private clients and others, is expanding its services in the US, a move that comes shortly after it bought the firm Viteos, which offers tech solutions to US funds.
In its latest move, Intertrust said clients with US-domiciled legal entities and affiliated transactions can now use its local funds and capital markets services, led by former BlackRock director, Deirdre Hochman, and an expanded team of experts.
The expansion uses funds services technology adopted through Intertrust’s Viteos deal, as well as new proprietary software developed in-house.
“Expanding our offering in domestic administration services is a natural progression for us,” James Ferguson, head of Intertrust Americas, said in a statement.
Intertrust is present in 30 jurisdictions with more than 17,000 clients with more than $460 billion of combined assets under administration.
